The tutorial is included in the tutorial folder, whereas the reference manual is included in the SV 6.2 folder. The Sequence Viewer manual is identical to the Help file in Sequence Viewer. The tutorial and the reference manual are still based on version 6.1, so there may be slight differences with version 6.2.
